It centralizes units, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance requests, and operational reporting in one system, supported by a web admin experience and a mobile app for field teams.

Challenge
Property operators often manage malls and buildings across spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual follow-up. They need one place to track units, occupancy, contracts, collections, and day-to-day operations with clear visibility for management.
Solution
I built APM as a scalable web system with role-based workflows for property admins, operators, and stakeholders, plus a mobile app for on-site tasks. The platform organizes assets, tenants, financial follow-up, and operational actions so teams can run malls and properties with less manual overhead.
